Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Trials & Promotions: If we offer free trials or promotional pricing, these are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion. At the end of a trial, unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard rate.
Legal Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
We aim to provide 99.5% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., force majeure events, internet disruptions, third-party service failures).
We will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever possible.

While we strive to maintain high service levels, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Generate excessive automated requests or traffic that may impact system performance.
Attempt to scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted under your subscription plan.
Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access to the Service without our written permission.
Use the Service in a way that unfairly exploits resources or negatively affects other users.

Beacon Info Tech Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beacon Info Tech Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided globally. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations.
